Here at DS Damp Proofing Ltd., we specialise in all types of Structural Waterproofing Systems, such as Sika®-1 Tanking Systems, Cavity Drain Membranes, Rising Damp D.P.C. Chemical Injection, and many more systems as per grade 3 of the British Standard (BS) 8102:2009.
We operate right across London and have undertaken many jobs for domestic customers and specialist contractors regarding waterproofing issues.
For our clients peace of mind, we offer Insurance Backed Guarantee (IBG) for all work undertaken. IBG can be anywhere from 2 years and all the way up to 10 years.
Complaints
We always endeavour to provide the best service and products for our customers. However, on rare occasions, we recognise that there may be times where our customers may not be completely satisfied.
To ensure we are able to put things right as soon as we can, please read our complaints procedure below and we will respond promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.
As soon as possible after the completion of the works, please inspect the work to ensure everything has been carried out to our usual high standards.
In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us as soon as you can in order that we can rectify any problems as soon as possible. Where we cannot resolve any complaints using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted traders we use the Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution. In the unlikely event of a complaint arising and you wish to refer the complaint to them please contact them on 0117 456 6031
We operate across London, Essex, and other home counties. Our company is a Which? Trusted Trader. In addition, we are also members of the Federation of Master Builders (FMB), and of TrustMark, which is a government-endorsed quality scheme.
We are also registered with the Environment Agency to ensure building waste is disposed of responsibly, and we also have full public liability insurance for the customer’s piece of mind.
